Dr. Olesia Shalayska
PsyD., CDP, CDBT
Founder, CEO, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, CDBT
I am a licensed clinician psychologist who has experience working with diverse client needs. I have treated clients with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders and comorbid substance abuse. My internship and post-doctoral training has provided me with unique training in providing therapy and neuropsychological assessment to patients with dementia, brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and other medical conditions that are comorbid with psychiatric illnesses.
Because I have extensively collaborated with other medical professionals in my work (neurologists, gerontologists, internists, psychiatrists, NPs) I bring to therapy the unique perspective to consider the whole-person, and encourage comprehensive care. I provide individual, family therapy and psychodiagnostics.
Take the first step.

Omina Madkaur
Therapist
I bring several years of experience providing therapeutic services in the mental health field, working with clients of all ages—from children and teens to adults and seniors. My passion has always been helping people reconnect with themselves, find healing, and step confidently into the life they want. Even from a young age, I felt called to support others—whether comforting my mom as a child or listening to and encouraging friends as I grew up. Being a therapist is not just my profession; it’s my purpose.
I have supported individuals and families through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loneliness, bullying, self-harm, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Whether you’re seeking to manage overwhelming emotions, rebuild confidence, or simply find a safe space to share your story, I strive to meet you exactly where you are—with empathy, consistency, and genuine care.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each person. I draw on evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and exposure therapy to create individualized treatment plans that reflect your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work on practical strategies and long-term solutions to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
If you are ready for a fresh start, a second chance, or simply a trusted partner on your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
